⛳ Lesson Information & Bookings

Adrienne Golf coaching takes place at Colmworth Golf Club, New Road, Colmworth, Bedford MK44 2AP.

The setting is relaxed. There’s no dress code to worry about — wear what makes you comfortable, like jeans and a t-shirt. Please choose flat-soled shoes such as trainers or golf shoes.

All equipment is provided if you need it, at no extra cost.

All lessons must be paid for in full, in advance, at the time of booking.

⛳ Intro-Lessons

Introductory lessons are held on the covered and floodlit driving range at Colmworth Golf Club (the large wooden building on the right-hand side of the car park).

I’ll meet you there. Please arrive at your booked time, as I may be coaching another player beforehand.

⛳ ‘Pay As You Go’ (PAYG) Lessons

PAYG lessons take place on the range, the practice putting green, the short game area, the Par 3 course, and the main 18-hole course.

Availability is limited. These lessons need to be booked well in advance, as my Golf Monthly plans and lesson series have priority.

For non-members of Colmworth Golf Club, a green fee is payable for on-course lessons during busy periods. During quieter times, these lessons may be available at no extra charge.

⛳ ‘Golf Monthly’ Lesson Plan

These lessons run across the range, practice greens, Par 3 course, and the 18-hole course.

Plans have priority booking. Lessons must be booked at least one month in advance to secure your slot.

Payment is due on the first day of each calendar month, with the first two months paid in advance.

Example:

1st January – Pay in advance for February & March lessons
1st March – Pay in advance for April lessons (and so on)

⛳ Series of Lessons

Lesson series are also delivered across the range, practice greens, Par 3 course, and 18-hole course.

These also come with priority booking, and lessons must be scheduled at least a month in advance.

All series are paid for in full, at the time of booking.

Payment & Validity

Cooling-off period
A 14-day cooling-off period applies, as per Consumer Contracts Regulations. After this period, lesson payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lesson validation periods

PAYG Lessons: Valid for one month per prepaid lesson (e.g., two lessons valid for two months).
Golf Monthly Plans: Two hours per month, to be used within that calendar month (no carry over).
Series of Lessons:
- “Golf Now” valid for five months from purchase
- “Golf More” valid for ten months from purchase

Gift vouchers have their validity stated on each voucher.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

As a self-employed coach, cancellations and no-shows directly affect my business. Please read carefully:

48+ hours’ notice – lesson can be rescheduled at no extra charge
Less than 48 hours’ notice – 50% of lesson fee applies to reschedule
Less than 24 hours’ notice – lesson is lost
No-shows – lesson is lost
Late arrivals – only the remaining time will be given

Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances, but surcharges may apply if costs are incurred (venue rental, commission fees, etc.).

Other notice periods:

Experience days – 7 days
Weekend breaks – 14 days
Tuition holidays – 21 days

Failure to give notice means the session, day, break, or holiday is lost.

Coaching Disclaimer

All lessons are undertaken at your own risk.

If you have concerns about the movements required for golf, please consult your GP before starting.

I also recommend public liability insurance. This protects you if you injure someone or damage property (for example, the large mirrors in my coaching bay!).

Specialist golf insurance can also cover equipment, injuries, public liability, overseas trips, buggies, membership fees, and even hole-in-one cover.

PGA Members Insurance
As a PGA Member, I am covered by Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance. This includes:

Coaching, instruction, and demonstrations (PGA guidelines)
My own golf playing activities and formal events
Cover for up to £10 million worldwide

This protects against third-party injury, damage, or loss, including legal costs.
